CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill. – The No. 18 Olivet Nazarene University men's soccer team went on the road Tuesday afternoon and shared a point with Judson after a 0-0 final result. The two sides combined for 23 shots and six shots on goal, but nothing found the back of the net after 90 minutes of play. Mike Giannotta recorded two saves on the day for his fifth shutout of the season.
It took the Tigers 31 minutes before placing a shot on frame. Benjamin Stuebelt conjured up the first scoring opportunity for ONU as his shot attempt was parried away by the Eagles' netminder. Olivet survived a flurry of Judson scoring chances before the break including a shot that hit the post in the 38th minute. Giannotta made his first save of the match at the 41:49-mark keeping a headed attempt from crossing the goal line. The contest remained scoreless at halftime.

Nick Kilian set the tone out of the break with a shot attempt on goal, two corner kicks, and a shot over the crossbar within the first 10 minutes of the second period. Max Jasper looked to make his mark on the match taking the Tigers' last four of five shot attempts. The ONU attacker almost netted the game-winner in the 89th minute following a Kilian corner kick but was met with a save from the Judson goalkeeper. The Purple and Gold settled for a scoreless draw but remained undefeated in the conference while extending their undefeated streak to six games.
