BOURBONNAIS, Ill. - The upcoming NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championships feature an impressive collection of nationally ranked performances for the Olivet Nazarene University teams, setting the stage for what could be a highly competitive and exciting showcase across both track and field events. With multiple top-10 marks and even a national leader in the field, these groups are poised to make a significant impact.
Women
At the top of the list is the women's 4x400 relay squad of Carsyn Burdine, Kristen Garth, Olivia Lentz, and Teleyah Covington. Their time of 3:42.87 currently ranks No. 1 nationally, making them the premier entry in the meet and a clear favorite to secure a gold medal.
Distance standout Heidi Heldt enters the meet as one of the strongest individual competitors. She holds a No. 3 national ranking in the 1500 meters (4:26.33) and is also ranked No. 13 nationally in the 800 meters (2:12.06). Heldt is looking to cap off an incredible season that saw her claim a national title in the Mile during the indoor season.
Teleyah Covington qualified in two separate events, so she brings more scoring opportunities for the women's team. She is ranked No. 11 nationally in the 400m (55.13) and No. 17 in the 200m.
Leading the way for the field group is javelin standout Haylee Whitcraft, whose mark of 44.41 meters ranks No. 5 nationally. Whitcraft enters as one of the elite throwers in the field and a legitimate contender for a win. Her consistency and ability to produce top-tier distances make her one of the most dangerous competitors in the event.
Amanda Gustafson adds another strong presence in the shot put, holding a No. 13 national ranking with a mark of 13.83 meters. Her consistent performances put her in contention for a high finish and further strengthen the team's field event lineup.
Also representing Olivet on the women's side are the following entries.
- Olivia Lentz - No. 17 in the 400m hurdles
- Carsyn Burdine - No. 29 in the 200m, No. 23 in the 400m
- Kaylah McCall - No. 28 in the 100m hurdles
Men
The men's 4x100 relay team of Eric White, Noah Mack, Weston White, and Darrin Dussett is ranked No. 9 nationally (40.40), highlighting a strong sprint core.
Noah Mack also stands out individually with top-25 national rankings in both the 200 meters (No. 14, 21.04) and 100 meters (No. 21, 10.40), showcasing his sprinting consistency and versatility.
In the throwing circle for the men, Marcus Robinson headlines the shot put with a throw of 16.81 meters, ranking No. 9 nationally. Robinson's top-10 standing puts him firmly in the upper tier of competitors and positions him as a key scoring threat.
The depth in the throws continues with Okenoko Pascall, who is ranked in two events. Pascall sits at No. 19 nationally in the discus (49.42m) and No. 21 in the shot put (16.38m). His ability to contribute in multiple events provides added value and scoring opportunities.
The Olivet men are also represented by two more relay entries in the championships.

- The 4x800 relay team is No. 17 nationally (Connor Price, Joey Puccillo, Charlie Bardwell, Flynn Prather)
