VILORIA NAMED MSFA MIDWEST DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Vaisen Viloria has been named the Mid-States Football Association (MSFA) Midwest League Defensive Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday.

Viloria, a sophomore defensive back, had an impressive day on the gridiron. The Mililani, Hawaii native led the Tiger defense with 10 tackles, brought down two interceptions, and recorded 1.5 tackles for loss in a 38-31 win over Roosevelt, the No. 24-ranked team in the nation.

This is the first MSFA Midwest Defensive Player of the Week of Viloria's career. On the season, Viloria has recorded 37 tackles.
