ELI EDWARDS WINS CCAC PLAYER OF THE YEAR; FIVE TIGERS EARN POSTSEASON HONORS

Eli Edwards, Mason Wood, Andrew Bennett, Keagen Holder, and Dylan Fey each earned postseason recognition as the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) announced its 2025-26 honor roll. Eli Edwards was named CCAC Player of the Year, he becomes the 10th in program history, and the 7th in the last 8 years to earn the award. Edwards was also named to the CCAC First Team, Wood was named to the CCAC Second Team, Bennett earned honorable mention honors, while Holder and Fey were named to the All-Freshman team.

Edwards, a senior forward from Kokomo, Ind., won the 2025-26 CCAC Player of the Year and earned First Team honors as well. He led the CCAC in points per game (22.6), FGs made (186), and total minutes (717), was second in rebounds per game (8.1) and FG% (.598), fourth in FTs made (72), and fifth in blocks (20). He was a 6-time CCAC Offensive Player of the Week honoree and recorded 7 double doubles throughout the season. Edwards was also the 51st Tiger to reach the 1000 point milestone.

Wood, a sophomore forward from Savage, Minn., was the first Sophomore named to the Second team since 2022. He was 15th in the CCAC in points per game (14.4), 4th in offensive rebounds (46), 7th in 3FGs made (50) and total rebounds (135), 9th in 3pt% (.427), 13th in FGs made (113), 14th in A/TO ratio (2.1), 16th in assists (60). Wood showed tremendous growth in year two, having a career high in points, rebounds, and assists this season.

Bennett, a senior from Noblesville, Ind., closes out his career with a CCAC honorable mention recognition. He was 2nd in the CCAC in 3FGs made (62), 10th in 3FG% (.422), fourth in minutes (700), fourth in assists (89), 9th in A/TO ratio (2.4), 19th in points per game (14.0). Bennett also had a career-high season in points, rebounds, and assists.

Holder, a RS freshman from Valparaiso, Ind., picks up his first CCAC honoree joining the All-Freshman team. He led the CCAC in minutes per game (36.1), was 2nd in assists (115), 13th in steals (25), 15th in FT% (.770), 24th in points per game (11.8). He recorded two double doubles this year and had multiple clutch shots throughout the season.

Fey, a freshman from South Bend, Ind., also earns a spot on the CCAC All-Freshman team. This is the first time in program history having two freshman on the All-Freshman team. Fey was Fifth in total minutes (693), fourth in FT% (.827), 17th in A/TO ratio (1.9), 13th in total rebounds (122), 14th in def rebounds (95)

The Tigers finished the season with a 19-10 overall record and finished in 3rd in conference with a 15-5 record.
