TIGERS SWEEP CCAC TRACK AND FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK HONORS

CHICAGO, Ill. - Olivet Nazarene University claimed all four Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Indoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week awards for the opening week of 2026.

Senior Heidi Heldt earned Women's Track Athlete of the Week after posting the NAIA's third-fastest mile time this season, running 4:54.83 at the North Central College Pat Heenan Invite. Her second-place performance earned an NAIA "A" standard.

Junior Amanda Gustafson secured Women's Field Athlete of the Week with a dominant showing in the throws. She swept both events at the Heenan Invite, winning the shot put with a mark of 13.43m and the weight throw at 14.53m.

Senior sprinter Noah Mack earned Men's Track Athlete of the Week after winning the 200m at the North Central College Pat Heenan Invite with a time of 21.79, topping a field of 60 runners. He also placed second in the 60m, clocking 6.86 in the event.

Sophomore thrower Marcus Robinson claimed Men's Field Athlete of the Week with a strong performance in the circles. He won the weight throw with a mark of 16.97m and placed third in the shot put at 15.53m.

ONU Track & Field returns home for their next meet, when they host the ONU Invitational on Friday, Jan. 30.
